Team Body Project
Truly low impact workouts that will get your heart pumping but won’t stress your muscles or joints too much. These guys are excellent. Much of their program is free so it’s a no brainer to try it.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong
These are gentle but controlled. This should work for developing core and stability in a gentle way.

Dancing
Some people choose Zumba and to be honest I am a numpty when it comes to dancing but these guys have a tonne of fun and I feel this fall under the joy and cardio qualifiers
Alo moves
I have a subscription to these guys as I find the variety of exercises is good for me. there is still a lot of routines that a re way too much for my body but I find enough options for me to improve including pilates, yoga, barre, HIIT and core. They have a 30 day free trial.

Pilates and other gentle exercise
Pilates-based exercises can be a great place to begin as they tend not to push your joints, muscles in the same way as other exercises including yoga. Yoga seems gentle but can put a lot of load on you if you are not ready for it.
